Scorpion. There are around 1,750 more or less poisonous species throughout the world spread over five continents in an area limited to the north and south around the 50th degree of latitude. The highest concentration of scorpions is found in the southern hemisphere, and they are mostly found in hot regions such as the desert. They are particularly resistant animals whether it is to cold, heat, fasting or even ionizing radiation. Their activity is essentially nocturnal and twilight.<\/p>\n<\/div>
