Seychelles cave swiftlet. Endemic to the Seychelles Islands where it frequents a wide variety of habitats, it is present on Mahé, Praslin and La Digue. It measures 10 to 12 cm long with a wingspan of 28 cm and feeds mainly on insects caught in flight. It nests in colonies in dark cellars where it navigates by echolocation, uttering small repeated metallic cries.
