Capybara or carpincho. It is the largest rodent in the world. The adult is over a meter long and weighs more than 50 kg. It is found in South America where it leads the life of a social and semi-aquatic mammal. It usually lives in swamps, feeds on fish, fruit and sugar cane. Its flesh integrated into various local culinary specialties is considered very tasty.
