With around 120 exhibitors, the St. Martin market (Martinimarkt) of Steinerkirchen is one of the most traditional and largest craft markets in Austria. This market will be held for the 43rd time in 2025.
The old village square with over 100 years old school and the courtyard of the Benedictine monastery give the market its special flair. Just perfect for the first small Christmas shopping. In the framework program, there are craft shows and musical contributions to wonder. A festival with musical accompaniment on Sunday is already a tradition. Homemade punch and culinary regional delicacies will not leave the taste bud unsatisfied. The Martinimarkt is designed as a craft market and not geared to profit. A wide spread of the product range provides variety. Special emphasis is placed on offering high-quality handicrafts and harmonizing the beautiful ambience of the market area harmoniously with the overall picture.
